1. Scope of Services
Spotless Nano Solutions provides professional cleaning, nanocoating, surface protection, and pest control services. The specific details of the service (areas covered, type of treatment, etc.) will be agreed upon at the time of booking.
- We reserve the right to refuse service if the property conditions are deemed hazardous or inaccessible.
- Service results may vary based on the age, material, and previous condition of the surfaces treated.
2. Bookings & Cancellations
2.1 Scheduling
Bookings are confirmed only after a verbal or written confirmation from our team. We provide estimated arrival times and will notify you of any delays caused by traffic or weather.
2.2 Cancellation Policy
Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled time may incur a nominal convenience fee.
3. Pricing & Payment
- All quotes are based on the information provided by the customer. We reserve the right to adjust the price if the actual workload significantly differs from the initial description.
- Payment is due immediately upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
- We accept Cash, UPI, and Bank Transfers.
4. Customer Responsibilities
To ensure the best results, we request customers to:
- Provide access to water and electricity during the service.
- Secure or remove any fragile, high-value, or sentimental items from the work area.
- Inform our team of any delicate materials or specific areas that require special care.
- Ensure pets and children are kept away from the work area during active treatment.
5. Liability & Claims
- While we take extreme care, Spotless Nano Solutions is not liable for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or issues arising from structural defects in the property.
- Any claims regarding service quality must be reported within 24 hours of service completion. We will investigate and, if valid, perform a re-clean of the specific area at no additional cost.
- For Nanocoating and SPF, the longevity of protection depends on follow-up care as advised by our technicians.
6. Safety & Chemicals
We use industry-standard, professional-grade cleaning agents and pest control solutions. While we prioritize non-toxic and eco-friendly options, certain specialized treatments require specific safety protocols. Customers must adhere to all safety instructions provided by our team (e.g., drying times or ventilation requirements).
7. Website Use
All content on this website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Spotless Nano Solutions. You may not use, copy, or distribute any part of this website without our prior written consent.
8. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Siliguri, West Bengal.
